OUR MEZCAL

Crafted from 7-10 year old mature agaves harvested in the region of San Dionisio, double distilled with four of Mexico’s most sacred ingredients cacao, corn, cinnamon, and chile. An ultra-premium, specialty sipping mezcal offering a smooth, delicious, and flavorful experience, uplifting the palette with abstract layers.

 

Our agaves are sourced from one small farmer in highlands of Oaxaca. Our special elixir is masterfully composed by our maestro mezcalero who honors the ancestral craft that is the alchemy of mezcal creation. Chucho Espina’s creative process focuses on harmonizing the ingredients in order to make them play with each other like fire, so that they dance intimately and you may feel more pleasure.

 

Drinking Kimia is an arousing ritual that is not only experienced through the palette but within the body and mind. There is an evolution that takes place within as every element takes over your senses, the wisdom within the sprit is told with every sip. Some even call the “mezcalation” that happens – psychedelic. 

 

At its core, Kimia is an elixir of pleasure. Cacao acts as the most potent aphrodisiac, increasing libido and triggering the release of endorphins, opening the heart. Cinnamon is the sweet antioxidant with powerful anti-inflammatory properties which boosts blood flow and physical activity. Ajo Chile ignites the metabolism and raises serotonin levels. Corn offers warmth and softens the entire combination, acting as a base for all ingredients to flow into one potion.
